VUE provides a flexible visual environment for structuring, presenting, and sharing digital information."  Goes beyond concept mapping into content mapping, enabling visual organization of digital files. CMAP Tools: from the Institute for Human and Machine Cognition, CMAP Tools is an online knowledge modeling kit; it includes some interesting articles on concept mapping, etc. (Free, web-based)
